Refunds and Returns Policy

RETURNS:

We have a 30-day return policy, based on the date you received your order. No refund or exchange will be available after 30 days have passed. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging, if possible.

To complete your return, we will require verification of your order through our online ordering history. If this was a gift, the name of the purchaser will be needed for proof of purchase.

REFUNDS:


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item and of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days of return.

SHIPPING RETURNS:

To return your product, mail it to:

Shipping costs are non-refundable so you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for your return. If there was a defect in the product upon receipt, CH Pickleball Art will refund your return mailing costs and apply it to your refund.
